EXPLORA PARK
It is an interactive park where science and technology can be experienced and enjoyed. It has 22,000 square meters of built-up area and 15,000 sq m of open space to be enjoyed by everyone. It has more than 300 interactive exhibits and an aquarium with fresh-water and sea-water fish.
BAREFOOT PARK
A different place where nature and human beings come together to create an atmosphere filled with peace, quietness and beauty. Enjoy the sand park, the water fountains, the Zen garden and the bamboo forest. Next to Plaza Mayor. Free entrance.
BOTANICAL GARDENS
This space has been devoted to the conservation of native plants and trees. It also has conference rooms and the Orquideorama (orchids' greenhouse), a specialized structure where permanent and temporary flower exhibitions are held which has become an architectural landmark of the city.
ESPAÑA PARK AND LIBRARY
An architectural landmark, España library offers the best of the library parks in the city, providing a beautiful space of culture, education and recreation.
ARVI PARK
Eco-tourist park located in the neighboring mountain village of Santa Elena; direct access by cable car. Picnic area and natural pathways.
EL SALADO PARK
Eco-park with natural pools, stone pathways, scenic overlooks, wooden bridges and twelve pine wood kiosks with stone stoves. The park has electricity, running water and dressing rooms.
PUEBLITO PAISA
A composite replica of a typical colonial Antioquia town. Restaurants and cafés, souvenir shops. Free entrance.
METROCABLE
Gondola lift system that provides a complementary service to that of the city's elevated train network. It contains two lines, one that runs through the northeast up to Arví park, and another that goes to the northwest up to San Cristóbal.
